Community Relations

Community Service

• Teen Leadership Instructor at Georgetown High School — taught a course designed to give students an opportunity to exercise leadership at their unique stage in life
• Quality Texas Foundation Chief Ethics Officer — as Chief Ethics Officer Donald created an ethics system that monitors ethical behavior for the prestigious Quality Texas award
• State Bar of Texas Continuing Legal Education Seminar Speaker — served as a seminar speaker for a course entitled “Malpractice Avoidance—Savvy Lawyering”
• Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners — as an examiner Donald reviewed and evaluated applications submitted for this prestigious quality award
• American Society for Quality trainer and presenter — provided training on the topics: "Conflict Resolution for Teams," "Leveraging Your Personality for Success," and "Leadership for Success"
• Brookwood in Georgetown – provides on an ongoing basis strategic planning, process improvement and executive coaching to this amazing non-profit that serves adults with functional disabilities
